Job Description
Out client is a leading Biotech developing immunotherapeutic drugs. Due to a number of projects moving from research to early development, they are seeking a Program Leader as a key addition to the business.
The position will Lead an oncology program through the transition from candidate selection to the initiation of early clinical development. The candidate will be responsible for the integration of scientific, biomarker and other data and information across research and development disciplines to drive the overall program strategy. This will include sole point of accountability for the regulatory submissions, project team meetings, Molecular Development Steering Group and other senior management interactions for program. The role will provide a bridge between research and development organizations to ensure program scientific continuity as well as liaise with regulatory and project management groups to support program advancement.
The role requires a strong foundation in Biology, translational medicine and clinical development with an established track record of translational or drug development experience as well as leading project teams in the Biopharma industry. Experience of working within an Oncology therapeutic discipline is also required.
