Our client is a company in late stage development of their automated diagnostic instrument for detecting the start of oestrus cycles in cattle that works as an integrated accessory to automated milking technology. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead an innovative organisation within a highly acclaimed area of diagnostic testing. The role will suit a driven, entrepreneurial and proven Chief Executive Officer who has a track record of successfully building commercial value from diagnostic technology.
The role holder ideally requires recent relevant personal experience in the development and commercialisation of a diagnostic instrument and consumable and on an international scale. Experience in animal health either food or companion animals would be most helpful. Previous positions at CEO or senior level executive with the personal credibility to make an early impact, with evidence of closing previous deals and successful business exits; prior expertise in an IPO would be advantageous.
