This is UK based role for a client who develops, manufactures and sells IVD, POC and Diagnostics advanced technology blood testing analysers. They are one of the 25 largest in vitro diagnostic companies in the world and the largest privately owned in vitro diagnostic company in the United States.
The UK General Manager position will manage the entire UK operation and office of 35 employees and requires an individual who has a strong commercial background with experience of leading sales strategy within the POC, IVD or Diagnostics sector. The role will be responsible for growing the business with emphasis on growth, particularly across the IVD product range. The incumbent will have demonstrated a track record of managing a business with high growth potential, and who has managed, developed and motivated a strong team of individuals.
The role holder must be Strategic, with the ability to formulate and execute go to market plans and come with a demonstrable track record of delivering significant business growth. The General Manager must be a strong team leader with the flexibility to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team with a wide range of personalities.
