Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Chief Executive Officer 2/3 days a week rising to full-time post fundraise for a gene therapy company. They have a focus on mass-market disorders for the eye. They have 3 candidates all at a very early stage – that is two are conceptual, one is at the in vitro stage. The CEO will have experience in running early-stage biotech and managing a fundraising process and prior involvement in early stage board activity. Gene therapy and ocular disease experience is a nice to have.
Spun out from a successful exit in 2018 the company is VC backed and is embarking on its first raise to conduct in vitro and in vivo development.
