Job Description
Team is a successful Cambridge-based provider of consultancy and medical device development services to the pharmaceutical and medical technology sectors. This newly appointed Non-Executive Director will support Team’s vision to be a company that changes lives for the better. They will help to deliver the business agenda and strategic objectives by bringing excellent medical industry insight and constructive challenge to Team’s business model and go-to-market approach. Team will seek their perspective and support to further develop the commercial strategy. Team will look to them to be progressive and to bring fresh insight and independent thinking.
In addition to relevant academic qualifications, Team are looking for someone who has:
- Experience of building, leading and retaining top business development talent
- A successful track record in international business development – ideally into new markets – for a consulting or advisory organisation
- Significant, international market knowledge of the pharma and/or medical devices industry
- Made a substantial, positive impact as an executive and/or independent director in businesses of a similar scale
- Has an entrepreneurial outlook and is willing to question the status quo and to offer constructive alternatives
- The ability to see the potential of the Team brand to grow and create value in different ways
- Experience of impacting the broader business agenda such as ESG or diversity (desirable)
