Job Description
Our client who operated in the Women’s Health arena is seeking to appoint 2 independent Non-Executive Board Director to oversee the company’s progress, to give an objective view of the business, to convey unbiased opinions to the major corporate decisions and to contribute their experience to the decision-making processes.
As a company ambassador, the ideal candidates will have a background in Life Sciences and have experience of being a CEO, NED or Chairman of a biotech or pharma focused on women’s health. The role holders must have a track record in successful fundraising for a clinical-stage company, preferably for a listed company, and ideally exposure to US/EU investors.
The role holders will also bring experience in strategic transactions involving partnering, licensing and acquisitions and disposals. Impressive decision-making skills will be coupled with good analytical and organisational skills and the ability to build strong collaborations.
The company has locations in Dublin, London and Moscow and the role holders must be able to meet in person or virtually at least 5 times per year (Quarterly board meetings and AGM).
