Our client is a small rapidly growing Cambridge-based company with international reach. They are seeking a Hub Data Controller to monitor and track performance of patient support programmes by implementing data capture and analysis strategies using their Hub CRM system. This role will play a vital part in providing insight on the patient journey that enables Access Specialists and Clinical Education Managers to operate with adherence to the highest standards. Working across a range of products in rare diseases you will have a real opportunity to make a difference to our client’s growth plans and the patients they support. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but highly dynamic team within an expanding company which is reimagining how drugs and services can help make the lives of patients with rare diseases easier and improve their quality of life. The role holder will have a strong understanding and prior experience of Co-Pay, Access/HUB vendor selection and management, or speciality pharmacy. It will appeal to you if you enjoy using your data analytics skills to communicate at all levels across the business, including C suite, and you relish putting forward your ideas and winning approval to implement them.
