Global HEOR Lead for a rapidly evolving European Biopharma business. The Global HEOR lead will be responsible for the development and execution of high-quality HEOR strategic activities to support optimal reimbursement and market access for the company’s Oncology and Specialty Care portfolio, with a focus on delivering robust evidence demonstrating the value of the product and successfully impacting business objectives.
The Global Strategic HEOR Lead will be supporting a growing pipeline of products and support the Market Access plans. The role will therefore require a deep understanding and appreciation of the relevant access routes, pricing, reimbursement mechanisms as well as scientific, technical, regulatory, intellectual property, financial and commercial considerations to ensure maximum impact for market-leading and well-designed HEOR strategic plans.
The Global Strategic HEOR Lead will be required to work closely across multiple levels of the organisation, from Local affiliates to HQ, cross-functionally interacting with internal stakeholders, to deliver effective Market Access strategies for both late and early-stage assets and to identify and make thorough assessments of new opportunities. The ideal person should have strong technical and strategic abilities, and excellent interpersonal, persuasion and negotiation skills and be capable of using data sets and evidence to create a compelling value story.
