Our client is an innovative leader in mass cytometry and genomics. They’re looking for a remote EMEA service success manager to support technical and field service personnel to deliver solutions to customers. This role will ensure that new installations are prepared and planned for and service obligations are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner.

The role holder will have previous experience in dispatch within a service environment, strong customer service and organisational skills as well as knowledge of CRM systems.
