As a member of the European Commercial Leadership Team, reporting to the European Vice President, the EMEA Strategic Marketing Leader is responsible for leading our client’s marketing strategy and tactics in EMEA to achieve strategic and financial business objectives. Responsible for the development and execution of the European Marketing Plans, aligning Corporate and European strategy, with local tactics.
Priorities include positioning of all products (Microfluidics, Mass Cytometry and Imaging Mass Cytometry Instrument Systems and Consumables) consistent with market opportunities, changing competitive landscape, and new technologies, driving strong lead generation, resulting in rapid funnel growth and increasing win rates.
Candidates to have a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, e.g. Biology, Biochemistry, a minimum five years of successful marketing leadership experience in Life Sciences or Diagnostics markets, a professional marketing qualification, to MBA or equivalent level, would be an advantage.
