Our South Wales based analytical instrumentation client is hiring a senior CBD to sit on the Leadership Team and report to the Founding Directors. The role holder is responsible for direct sales, distributors/channel management, field marketing and sales support. This is a senior sales management position and as such requires an executive well versed in developing and implementing a sales strategy, always placing the customer first and motivating and developing a team of approximately 25 people. The role has 5 direct reports. Candidates to have 10+ years’ experience in sales management in life sciences, the ability to travel approx 60% of time to EU, US & APAC and excellence in building, coaching, motivating and retaining high performing teams.
