Job Description
george james GmbH is a dynamically expanding company specialising in services related to human resources. Small and medium-sized Life Science clients based in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) contract us for help with professionalising their commercial structures in European and the USA; hiring high-caliber, mostly scientific personnel for commercial roles in all geographies; and raising the commercial skill set of sales staff through personalised training courses.

TALENT ACQUISITION / RECRUITER
YOUR TASKS
- Take on recruitment projects, represent george james and be the primary point of contact for your client companies
- Search for candidates for your recruitment projects through online, database, network and other appropriate channels
- Pre-select candidates through interviews eg by WhatsApp or skype etc
- Grow your network of potential candidates and future clients through media like LinkedIn, and by expanding further creative channels
- Maintain a transparent and high-quality process for your recruitment projects as a USP service to the client
- Participate in relevant national and international congresses to find new clients
- Report recruitment-relevant key project milestones to clients
YOUR PROFILE
- Non-conformist comfortable working with uncertainty
- Fluent in German and English and an international mindset
- Degree or equivalent in a commercial or scientific subject
- Experience in management positions of life science companies
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting, for example, for your own team or in a personnel consulting firm specializing in science recruitment
- In-depth experience in candidate selection and interviewing
- Enthusiasm and willingness to help build up a small but thriving business
- Experience and discipline in working in home office
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Office
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident attitude for discussions on all hierarchical levels
- Comfortable with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Xing and other job search sites
- Creativity and interest for the definition of target group relevant marketing campaigns
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter
