Senior Sales Trainer – george james GmbH – Germany/DACH
george james GmbH is looking to appoint a senior sales trainer to deliver a range of our industry specific open and bespoke sales training courses.
The candidate will have a track record of sales success across home geographic market Germany or DACH – held a senior sales leadership role for at least 5 years – has trained their own sales people – has actively coached in the field using an established or equivalent coaching model – has managed performance, addressed under performance decisively and successfully – understands and has applied situational leadership – understands and has implemented the sales process, sales funnel management, forecasting – has had experience translating the strategy from the top and implementing at a local level – Has had a formal programme of sales, sales leadership, business / commercial training or equivalent – can demonstrate they have taken their own personal development seriously – familiar with SPIN selling and or Miller Heiman Strategic selling and or the Challenger Sale – has a working knowledge of one or more of the following: life science, biotech, MedTech, analytical (lab and process) markets
