Our client offers software and services for small molecule discovery and design.
They have a track record for producing outstanding cross-platform software tools for chemists working in a variety of industries where molecular design is key, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, agrochemicals, flavours & fragrances and consumer healthcare. Their principal focus is on the development of methods and applications for use in pharmaceutical drug discovery.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious Senior Computational Chemist. This role will assist in developing new scientific techniques and turn these into industry leading easy to use software products. The role will range from research at the cutting edge of computational chemistry to assisting customers with ongoing Molecular Discovery Programs.
The ideal candidate will have a scientific background. A PhD/ BSc degree with a background in Computational Chemistry/ and or Molecular Modelling, ideally in the field of Drug Discovery or similar industry. Experience in Scientific Programming is also sought.
