By combining a level of sensitivity superior to previous techniques with exceptional crude sample robustness, their products raise the study of molecular interactions to the next level. Biopharmaceutical and biotech companies, as well as leading academic institutes, are keenly interested in utilizing this new bioanalytic tool.

This is a key role in the company’s commercialization strategy for North America and a critical support position for the sales force to achieve and exceed the business plan; the role is highly visible to the whole company as the role holder will be also a key member of the company’s team of application experts. The Field Application Scientist is responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support for the company’s interferometry instrument. The application scientist will form a tight-knit team with Sales Manager/Representatives on sales calls and act as a technical expert to provide prospective customers with technical information and support to assist with their purchasing decision. The role involves working at customer sites providing assistance with instrument demos; customer and sales training and troubleshooting support to users; develop technical presentation materials, and generally demonstrate the company’s solutions to customers by providing a high level of scientific consultancy to gain and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

The Field Application Scientist is responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales support for the company’s WAVE technology platform. The application scientist will form a tight-knight team with Sales Manager/Representatives on sales calls and acting as a technical expert to provide prospective customers with technical information and support to assist with their purchasing decision. The role involves working at customer sites providing assistance with instrument demos, training and troubleshooting support to users for specific WAVE applications.
