Job Description
Our clients have an extensive range of analytical instrumentation and scientific instruments. This key new role is to drive the immediate and long-term success of scanning probe microscope business in Europe, primarily through direct sales force and distributors.
The role holder will bring strong technical knowhow in this specialist field to support the sales team throughout Europe and work at the interface with prospective customers for all AFM/SPM-related products. This will require close collaboration with key clients and key academic partners.
The role demands Experience of AFM/SPM methods and the ability to work with direct and indirect markets. The role holder must have a broad understanding of science and engineering, with ability to translate complex research needs into the delivery of a commercially viable solution, whilst facing commercial and technical competition.
This role requires regular European travel.
