Our clients have an extensive range of analytical instrumentation and scientific instruments. This key new role is to drive the immediate and long-term success of the Electron Microscopy business in the EMEA sold through their distribution network.

The role holder will provide support and training to dealers to achieve sales targets and to ensure knowledge and competencies are constantly developed and enhanced. They will also propose sales plans for assigned territory, develop sales forecast and budget and maintain accurate forecasting and market tracking documents.

Key will be providing market and competitor analyses in cooperation with the Dealers to facilitate establishment of market penetration strategies.

The role requires a graduate in science or engineering and prior experience the sales of Capex Laboratory equipment is essential. Experience of working in more the one EMEA market preferred as it exposure to managing distributors but training can be provided for someone with first-class sales acumen with a proven record of generating business growth in a scientific instruments environment.

This role requires regular EMEA travel.
