Job Description
Chair role for our CDMO client. They are an API CDMO based in the UK, specialising in controlled substances and complex production. Approximately £20m of EBITDA. High preference for the candidate to have been a Chair previously, needs to have been a NED/Board member as a minimum. The candidate requires a strong background in manufacturing in either pharma or chemicals, experience with outsourcing/contracts, experience with add on acquisitions and ideally exposure to private equity
